{"id":422,"date":"2022-06-09T13:09:14","date_gmt":"2022-06-09T12:09:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.odf.ie\/complaints\/"},"modified":"2022-07-27T14:55:51","modified_gmt":"2022-07-27T13:55:51","slug":"complaints","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.odf.ie\/ga\/complaints\/","title":{"rendered":"Complaints"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complaint Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"alert alert-warning\" role=\"alert\">Before you go to the on-line complaint form take a minute to check that your complaint meets the following requirements.\n<br\/>If in doubt that your complaint satisfies these requirements, please contact the office of the Ombudsman for the Defence Forces by post, e-mail or telephone for clarification.\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirement 1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The action I wish to complain about occurred after 30 November 2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirement 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The action occurred, or I became aware of it, within the last 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirement 3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"list-style:lower-roman;\">\n<li>I have lodged a complaint about the action through the Redress of Wrongs procedure.
