Ombudsman attends BIOA Annual Conference and General Meeting

The Ombudsman for the The Defence Forces Ms Paulyn Marrinan Quinn SC attended the Annual Conference and General Meeting of the British and Irish Ombudsman Association held in Loughborough University in the UK on 12th and 13th May 2011. During the course of the Conference the Ombudsman delivered a presentation to the 'Managing Complainer Expectations' Workshop.
