Annual Report of the Ombudsman for the Defence Forces under the Protected Disclosures Act, 2014

Section 22 of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 requires the publication of an Annual Report each year relating to the number of protected disclosures made in the preceding year and any actions taken in response to such disclosures.
Pursuant to this requirement, the Ombudsman for the Defence Forces confirms that no such reports were received for the financial year from 1st January 2016 to 31st December 2016.
